Junk Patrol services Balaclava with same week rubbish removal and a firm photo quote before we arrive. We handle apartment and unit clear-outs, end of lease cleanups, furniture removal, household rubbish and moving leftovers across Balaclava. Pricing starts from $95 per cubic metre.
Balaclava packs a lot into a small grid: flats and units above and behind Carlisle Street, share houses and first apartments, and long-time locals in the quieter streets towards the park. Rental turnover keeps the furniture moving, and Port Phillip’s hard waste system asks a lot in return for a booking: sorted piles, kerb placement, a 50 kilogram item limit, and apartment eligibility that depends on the building. We keep it simple instead: photos of the pile wherever it sits, a firm price back, and everything carried out and loaded by us, usually within days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you collect from flats and units in Balaclava?
Yes, it’s most of our work here, including buildings without council hard waste eligibility. Stairs and tight access are everyday for us.
Can you clear a rental before the final inspection?
Yes. Tell us the inspection date and we’ll work backwards from it, one room or the whole flat.
Do I need to sort anything or get it to the kerb?
No. We take mixed loads straight from wherever they sit and sort them ourselves, with recycling and donation where possible.
Do you take furniture and whitegoods?
Yes. Couches, mattresses, fridges and wardrobes, up and down stairs included. Metals and mattresses recycled, usable furniture donated.
How does pricing work?
By volume, from $95 per cubic metre. Photos through our form or by text, firm price back, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
We also service St Kilda, St Kilda East, Elwood and Ripponlea, and travel throughout Port Phillip.
