Junk Patrol services Toorak with same week rubbish removal, a firm photo quote before we arrive, and the discretion Toorak expects as standard. We handle whole-home and deceased estate clearances, downsizing, renovation cleanups, garage and cellar clear-outs and green waste across Toorak. Pricing starts from $95 per cubic metre.
Toorak clear-outs are rarely small: estates held for a generation or more, cellars and attics with decades of depth, staff quarters and garages that became storage long ago, and gardens maintained to a standard the nature strip should never interrupt. Stonnington’s hard waste service means a council-scheduled street date twice a year, a 20 kilogram item limit, and a pile out the front of the house in full view. Our Toorak clients prefer none of that. We load everything direct from inside the property, work to settlement dates, family timelines and renovation schedules, and leave the street exactly as we found it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clear a Toorak home with complete discretion?
Yes. Unmarked arrival can be arranged on request, everything loads direct from the property, and nothing ever sits on the nature strip.
Do you handle deceased estates?
Yes, with care and without rush, working to the family’s or executor’s timeline, setting aside valuables and sentimental pieces, and treating the home respectfully throughout.
Can you work alongside stylists and agents before a campaign?
Yes, we do it often. Give us the photography or auction date and we’ll coordinate around the stylist’s schedule.
Do you take heavy and awkward items?
Yes. Pianos, safes, marble, cellar contents and garden statuary, well over any council weight limit, with the crew and equipment to match.
How does pricing work?
By volume, from $95 per cubic metre. Photos through our form or by text, firm price back, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
We also service Armadale, Malvern, Prahran and South Yarra, and travel throughout Stonnington.
