Junk Patrol services Elwood with same week rubbish removal, a firm photo quote before we arrive, and the care Elwood’s streets expect. We handle whole-home and deceased estate clearances, downsizing, apartment clear-outs, renovation cleanups and green waste across Elwood. Pricing starts from $95 per cubic metre.
Elwood is the leafy side of Port Phillip: art deco apartments under the plane trees, family homes held for decades near the canal and the beach, and a steady rhythm of renovation and downsizing between them. Port Phillip council allows up to four hard waste bookings a year, but only from the kerb, sorted into separate piles, with a 50 kilogram item limit and no renovation waste. Most Elwood jobs fail at least one of those tests. We load direct from inside the home, the garden or the garage instead, working to settlement dates and family timelines, with nothing sitting out front at any stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clear an Elwood home without a kerbside pile?
Yes, always. Everything loads direct from the property to the truck, nothing sits out front before or during.
Do you handle deceased estates and downsizing?
Yes, with care and without rush, working to the family’s timeline, setting aside anything sentimental or valuable, and donating usable items where possible.
Do you do apartment and flat clear-outs?
Yes, including the older buildings with narrow stairs and no lift, and buildings without council hard waste eligibility.
Do you take renovation and garden waste?
Yes. Old kitchens and bathrooms, offcuts, fencing, prunings and full garden resets, all the things council collections exclude or cap.
How does pricing work?
By volume, from $95 per cubic metre. Photos through our form or by text, firm price back, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
We also service St Kilda, Balaclava, Elsternwick and Gardenvale, and travel throughout Port Phillip.
